Apart. Joy
Joy apartment is situated half mile from the centre of Positano. You can reach it by a stairway (approximately 130 steps) from the main road. It sleeps up to 3 people. DescriptionFirst, you enter in a large living room with dining area with table, chairs, a divan and satellite TV. In the same area you have the kitchen with a cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. From the living room you can go outside the fantastic terrace with table, chairs, a sun-chair, where you will be able to see the coast and enjoy lovely meal under the moon light.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and balcony that goes outside the terrace and one with a single bed with no windows. There are 2 complete bathrooms. In one bathroom is situated the wash machine. Surroundings At Joy apartment you feel welcome and at home, you will stay in a peaceful and quite place at the same time very close to the centre where you can find restaurants, cafe and stores.
The Sita bus stop, where you can catch the buses to reach Amalfi, Sorrento and all the other places of the Amalfi Coast is 200 metres from the apartment.
The dock where you can board the ferries to Capri, Amalfi, Sorrento is on the main beach “Spiaggia Grande”, 800 metres away from the house.
The nearest grocery where by everything you need for your meals is 200 metres from the house.
The nearest restaurants are 300 metres from the house.

Linens, towels and final cleaning are included in the rental price. Not included the electricity that is Euro 0,50 per Kw/h.
Security Deposit
Upon arrival at Joy apartment the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 100,00 payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property.

"From the day we booked Villa Joy, Carla has been extremely helpful and responsive to all communication - even offering to arrange transport when we arrived and left Positano!
We didn’t know until the last minute when our ferry would arrive but Carla was so efficient and the porter was waiting at the dock with a sign with our name on it and gave us directions to meet the taxi at the farmacia. He was there waiting for us and the taxi driver took over, depositing us at the foot of Villa Joy’s stairs where the owners were waiting with keys in hand!
Everything was perfect! Not only that, but Carla had offered to do some shopping for us so we were greeted by bread and cheese, fruit and prosciutto, water and wine. Ahhhh! This is living! If you want a wonderful vacation experience, Carla will take fantastic care of your needs!
The photos of the apartment are extremely accurate and we are close walking distance to town as the description says.
